BONVIRO aims to provide clear and reliable delivery information for every order.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed and packed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Estimated delivery

• United States: standard transit is normally 7–12 business days after dispatch.
• Total estimated timeline for U.S. orders: approximately 9–15 business days, including processing.
• Other destinations: available services and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout where supported.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs inspection, severe weather, carrier disruptions, remote-area delivery and incorrect address details may cause delays.

Shipping charges, customs and duties

Any shipping charge available for your destination is displayed before you place the order. Import duties, VAT or local taxes, if any, are governed by the destination country and may be payable by the recipient unless the checkout page clearly states that they are included.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking number to the email address used for the order after dispatch. Tracking events may take 2–5 business days to appear.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address before ordering. If a correction is needed, contact us through the Contact Us page as soon as possible and include your order number. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will review the carrier record and explain the available resolution.
